SBP’s founders have over 30 years of combined experience investing in the secondary private markets, over which time they have dealt with some of the most complex liquidity needs of the asset class.



Sebastien is one of two founding partners of Spring Bridge Partners. Prior to starting Spring Bridge in 2017, Sebastien was a Partner at Coller Capital, which he joined in 2003. While at Coller, Sebastien served on the firm's global Investment Committee, Strategic Committee and on the Advisory Board of key underlying investments. Prior to joining Coller, Sebastien began his career with General Electric, where he held a number of positions in the firm’s Private Equity and Merger and Acquisitions units. He holds a MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Business from Audencia in France.

Luca is one of two founding partners of Spring Bridge Partners. Prior to starting Spring Bridge in 2017, Luca was a Partner at Coller Capital, which he joined in 2000. While at Coller, Luca served on the firm’s global Investment Committee, on the advisory boards of key underlying investments and was an integral part of fundraising efforts for the firm. Prior to joining Coller, Luca worked for Credit Suisse First Boston in their Investment Banking Group in London. He holds a BS in Chemistry from Bristol University in the UK.

Raudel is a Director at Spring Bridge Partners. Prior to joining Spring Bridge Partners in 2019, Raudel was an Investment Manager at Coller Capital, where he joined in 2014. Previously, Raudel worked as an Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Morgan Stanley, a Senior Director of Strategy and Operations at Univision Communications, and began his career as a Management and Strategy Consultant at American Express. He holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and an AB in History from Harvard College.

Prior to joining Spring Bridge Partners in 2019, Clement was an Investment Manager at Coller Capital, where he joined in 2015. Previously, Clement worked as an Analyst at Riverstone Holdings where he focused primarily on performance and valuation analysis and began his career as an Associate with KPMG Advisory focusing on M&A and valuations. Clement holds an MSc in Management from EMLYON Business School and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Lyon I. He is a CFA Charterholder.

Ramit is an Associate at Spring Bridge Partners and supports the transaction team across all investment related functions. Prior to joining Spring Bridge Partners in 2018, Ramit was an Associate in the Secondary Advisory Group in Credit Suisse’s Private Fund Group, where he worked with general partners and institutional investors on private equity secondary transactions. Previously, Ramit worked as an Analyst at Wells Fargo Securities in the Industrials Investment Banking Group, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions in the metals and mining sectors. He holds a BS in Finance and Economics from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

David is the CFO of Spring Bridge Partners and is responsible for the investor reporting and financial functions of the Spring Bridge funds. Prior to joining Spring Bridge in 2019, David served as the CFO, CCO and COO at Precision Capital Advisors from 2007 to 2018. While at Precision, David oversaw all aspects of financial reporting, investor relations, operations and compliance for the firm and its related 25 funds. Previously, David was a Vice President at BISYS Fund Services (later SS&C), a Vice President at Merrill Lynch & Co., and began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co. He holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Anwer joined Spring Bridge as a Senior Advisor in 2018. Anwer retired from Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), one of the largest Sovereign Wealth Funds in the world, in 2016 after 30 years, where he most recently served as Head of Secondaries and Private Debt managing a portfolio of around $5 billion. Anwer represented ADIA on a number of Fund's Advisory Boards globally. He was also a member of ADIA’s Pricing and Valuation Committee and of a number of Private Equity Departmental committees including Executive Committee, Management Committee, Investment Committee, Risk Management Committee and the Strategy and Planning Committee.
